Biography
Trey Woodall is a corporate and securities attorney in Nashville, Tennessee. He counsels clients on corporate and securities transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, entity formation, capital raising transactions, and private fund formation.
Trey also mentors law students at the Belmont University College of Law American Inn of Court program and serves on the Advisory Board for the Tomorrow Fund of the Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee.
After being admitted into the Tennessee Bar, Trey completed a two-year judicial clerkship with the Honorable John Everett Williams on the Tennessee Court of Criminal Appeals. He joins the firm after operating his own law practice in Nashville, Tennessee, through which he represented entrepreneurs and businesses in transactional and litigation matters.
