Biography
Shane Fitzmaurice is a corporate and securities attorney in Nashville, Tennessee. He counsels clients on corporate and securities transactions including mergers and acquisitions, entity formations, startups, capital raising transactions, and private fund formations.
In addition, Shane plays a unique role at Riggs Davie PLC in that he is both an attorney and a software developer. He assists in the development of the firm’s custom legal technology solutions that allow Riggs Davie to innovate in the provision of legal services.
